Travelers Rest is a beautiful hamlet just outside of Greenville, South Carolina. Nestled on several hilly acres,, this beautiful estate home was brought to life by Tom Felton and his team at Studio 511, and Michael Condon with Ineo Builders. They created a masterpiece, and DeSantana was honored to be a part of the project. The exterior door sills, treads, column caps and bases are all in Italian Vicenza Beige limestone, as is the double-sided fireplace. For the kitchen, DeSantana supplied beautiful Calacatta countertops, and for the laundry, a 60" long solid soapstone sink and soapstone countertops designed and custom cut. The Vicenza Beige stone was brought inside and used for custom fluted- edge countertops, cut at a radius, for the horseshoe shaped counters. DeSantana's crown jewel for this project though is the spectacular Master Bathroom. With Lilac and Bianco Neve book-matched walls, and floor reflected in the mirrors and the gold tub, the feeling of walking into a jewel is palpable. Custom details included over 300 individually cut pieces, with huge slabs for floors and walls, marble crown moldings and trim, a gorgeous Lilac fireplace and a Lilac bench.
